Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (custom jewelry may take longer, up to 4-8 weeks depending on design and production).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Processing 1-2 buisness Days for In Stock and 2-5 buisness Days for special order. (not including saturday and sunday)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Customs, Duties & Taxes Riko & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. Damages Riko & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
